Thimmanahalli Boraiah Jayachandra (29 July 1949) is an Indian politician and member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly from the Indian National Congress. He currently serves as the Minister of Law and Parliamentary Affairs.

Political career
Jayachandra was first elected to the Karnataka Legislative Assembly in 1978. He was elected to the Karnataka Legislative Assembly after winning from Sira during the 2013 election with 74,089 votes.

A firm believer of astrology, Jayachandra, in 2017, called it "science" and not "blind belief", while adding that since astrologers had told him that he would love for 105 years, he would contest in two more State assembly elections
